Youth of Today

Youth of Today é uma banda de hardcore nova-iorquina que esteve em atividade de 1985 até 1990, e que retornou em 2010. A banda teve um papel importante no estabelecimento da subcultura "Youth Crew" do hardcore, defendendo e evoluindo as filosofias do straight edge e vegetarianismo na cena. Após a dissolução da banda, o vocalista Ray Cappo se envolveu no movimento Hare Krishna e formou o Shelter. Youth of Today atualmente é composto por Cappo (vocal) e John Porcelly (guitarrista), ambos membros fundadores, junto de Ken Olden (baixista) e Vinny Panza (bateria).
