Jets to Brazil

Jets to Brazil foi uma banda do Brooklyn, New York formada em 1997 por Blake Schwarzenbach (vocal/guitarra), Jeremy Chatelain (baixo) e Chris Daly (bateria).  Mais tarde entra Brian Maryansky na segunda guitarra. Fugindo do estilo das bandas anteriores de seus membros (Jawbreaker, Handsome, Texas is the Reason), o Jets to Brazil tocava um som mais puxado para o Indie Rock e perspectiva musical mais madura. Seu álbum de estreia, Orange Rhyming Dictionary de 1998, é aclamado até hoje como um dos melhores trabalhos do grupo. A seguir vieram os álbuns Four Cornered Night (2000) e Perfecting Loneliness (2002). A banda se separou em 2003.
