Swervedriver

Swervedriver é uma banda inglesa de rock alternativo formada em Oxford em 1989 por Adam Franklin e Jimmy Hartridge. Entre 1989 e 1998, a banda lançou quatro álbuns de estúdio e numerosos EPs e singles, apesar de um considerável fluxo de membros, gerentes e gravadoras. Em 1993, a formação da banda se alinha com Adam Franklin (vocal/guitarra), Jimmy Hartridge (guitarra), Jez Hindmarsh (bateria) e Steve George no (baixo). Eles surgiram com um som mais pesado do que as bandas de shoegaze da época, e ao longo dos anos evoluíram ao incluir elementos de rock psicodélico, dream pop e indie rock. Em 2008, a banda se reuniu para fazer uma turnê. I Wasn’t Born To Lose You é lançado em março de 2015, sendo o primeiro álbum da banda em dezessete anos.
